It staggers me that women can be so selfish in these situations.
The only people being hurt are the children
I've been there, done it with my kids, luckily for me my ex was only too willing for me to have them.

I agree that there are a lot of dads that are cunts, but from the majority of people i have spoken to it really starts from the mothers and blames the dads. that's not saying all blokes are wanting to be good dads.
I just know i have had many reports with no safeguarding issues at all from my side. although cafcass have noted about her mental stability on the children.
I am not saying that fathers for justice are right in everything they do but they have a 10 point charter and the first is that contact should be set when people split at 50 50. then its for parents to negotiate what works but that is the starting point.
if that was brought into law then we would have half the problems what parents do nowadays.
Women hold too many of the cards and the magistrates are far too mum sided.

Garth i agree these cases should be done and sorted quickly but Cafcass have 14 weeks to write a report. crazy.
My delays have been....
Had one report and was due in court. 5 days before court she went to the police and said i had assaulted her. Court was put off for 14 weeks for a police report on me. Nothing found but the kids then had to have another report done due to them witnessing something that didn't happen. Kids all fine in report.
Just before next court appearance we spoke at hand over about sorting between ourselves for the sake of the kids. She went into court and said there was a big row at handover and that the kids now didn't want to stay as they were frightened and traumatised. court sent for another report. Report said kids were fine again.
The report came in which parts of it were bollocks so i put in a complaint to cafcass which was upheld. They said i would have to go over parts with cafcass in court.
3 days before court he went off sick and then retired so had another report done by a new cafcass officer.
Then started overnight contact and went well.we went back to court to finalise the court order and she said all overnight contact should stop.
She has recently been to the police again as i asked to have the kids 2 hours earlier and went to pick them up earlier and parked 200 yards from her house, unseen from her house and on a public road and called and asked to have them earlier.
So we went back to court again but this time to a judge. the judge was not impressed with her at all and ripped her a new one.
She is a piece of work. But wont win.

She is a piece of work, the kids asked to come away with me last year and she said no as it broke a court order. it didn't of course but she read them a snippet of it and said they couldn't come.
She has gone to the police about me twice and tried to get me arrested, luckily both times they have seen sense and told her to do one.
She's lied about us splitting up, won't accept money and says to the kids that i wont pay her anything and support them.
After overnight contact went well she went back to court saying it should all stop as she missed them.
The kids have had to go through 4 cafcass meetings as she makes up things that have happened.
last time in court she said she didn't want me taking them away as i will abduct them ad not bring them back....
Were not over yet by along shot but there have been enough down days to make this feel like a lottery win today tbh

I don't see why these cases are so drawn out.
You would think that, in the Judge's eyes, the mere fact that the 'Mother' is preventing her kids from seeing their Dad is more than enough evidence she isn't fit to be in sole custody.

Some women are such scum, how they do these kind of things with complete disregard for their children's welfare is beyond me.
